Empyrean’s Patisserie qualification pathways are designed to provide students with the specialist skills required to operate as a professional Patissier within the hospitality industry. In addition to basic cookery skills, students will be exposed to advanced Patisserie techniques and supervisory and managerial experience. This pathway program will provide students with the confidence to operate effectively in a senior role within a variety of hospitality establishments.
